Cecilia
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and public service, I bring a strong background in organisation, client care, and animal welfare to the practice. After completing my bachelor's degree in social work, I worked in private healthcare and later as an Animal Health Officer at Heathrow Airport, ensuring the welfare of small animals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client service standards.
Animals have always been a central part of my life, having grown up around my grandparents' smallholding. At home, I'm also a proud mother and share our family life with Woody the dog, Bella the cat, exotic fish, and a small flock of chickens.
Behind the scenes, I oversee the administrative and organisational side of the practice, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting in delivering high-quality care to every patient.
